"OurRoots" was born from the passion of two people for the place where they live and grew up. This partnership is the result of an enormous passion for nature and the sea that surrounds us, and a great desire to offer the best combination of sports and moments of pure pleasure with unique visits that only the Sesimbra coast can provide.
We are proudly a local company that wants to share the secrets and roots of our country - Portugal - and the area where we live - Sesimbra.
Sesimbra benefits from the potential stemming from its privileged location near the capital and the country's largest city; Lisbon. Surrounded by magnificent places, such as the Albufeira Lagoon, the Arrábida Mountains and our wonderful town of Sesimbra, which should be a must-see for anyone visiting Lisbon or Portugal.

Guilherme Cabral
Born and raised in Sesimbra, Guilherme's passion for canoeing and water sports began very early and has influenced his entire life. He was a multiple-time National Champion and represented Portugal in several World and European Championships.
Currently, he coordinates all the sports activities at the Sesimbra Naval Club and has also started this tourism project to introduce visitors to the roots and secrets of this wonderful town.
Tomás Ribeiro
Born and raised in Sesimbra, Tomás has always had a strong connection with sports and the sea. From a young age he participated in various sports, such as athletics and football, and during his Sports studies he further developed his passion for physical activity and nature.
In 2022, he began his journey in local tourism, leading kayak tours along the Sesimbra coast. Since then, he has dedicated himself to sharing the authenticity and beauty of his homeland with each visitor, aiming to provide special moments and make everyone feel happy and at home.
